What You’ll Do:

• Shipping and Receiving duties.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors to support ongoing operations.
• Maintain material return process and purchase order process.
• Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical installs, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment.
• Maintain full counts and cycle counts of Warehouse and Service Vehicles.
• Process equipment warranty and vendor returns.
• Track equipment and tool repair management.
• Warehouse Organization and Safety.
• Parts delivery in support to field technicians.
• Good communication with all Field Technicians and Office.
• Represent Rowell’s Services with a professional appearance and attitude.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
• Energetic, team player, who is self motivated, with willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to quick changes of priorities.
• Experience with inventory management software -> Service Titan is a plus!
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with different company departments.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
